About the Role The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, safe, and professional working environment while coordinating with vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality administrative services. Main tasks and activities Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient, safe, and professional working environment. Act as the key contact point for building management, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders regarding workplace and facility-related matters. Manage office assets, procurement, vendor performance, contracts, and administrative budgets. Support office expansion, facility improvement, and workplace projects while ensuring compliance with company requirements and local regulations. Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and continuously improve administrative and workplace processes. Handle other duties and projects assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 1+ years of experience in administration, office management, facilities management, or a related role. Good English communication skills , both spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt in environments with evolving processes and requirements. Experience working with building management, landlords, workplace operations, or office facilities is preferred.
