Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Marketing Manager, you’re not just supporting department initiatives and office management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. As Marketing Manager you are responsible for the promotion of the hotel, the facilities and services to the general public, customers, and the community. You would also be responsible for gaining positive exposure for the Hotel, as well as building a solid presence in the market by maintaining a good relationship with the press and the local community.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Support marketing initiatives: Assist with proofreading advertising copy, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects to ensure timely execution • Assist with sales documentation: Help prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process • Perform daily office operations: Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments • Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive marketing, advertising and Public Relations plan including media planning as well as creatives/visuals • Budgeting and managing hotel’s marketing cost in order to generate the best ROI for hotel. • Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges • Manage and promote the hotel on Hilton branded websites & third parties websites • Work with local partners and develop new partnerships to bring the different outlets to life and offer new experiences • Development of sales tools for the sales team (print and digital media, customer gifts) • Animation of the hotel's social networks: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn • CRM: animation of the customer database (MICE, restaurant & bar) via occasional newsletters • Participation in the writing of press releases and press kits • Manage and organize on-site photo shoots and hotel filming • Supervision of the marketing team

• At least 2 years of experience in the marketing department and experience with the hotel/restaurant industry • Fluent in English language (spoken and high-level writing skills); knowledge of Dutch is an advantage • Mastering of the Office Pack, Canva, Wordpress and Adobe Creative Cloud Programs • You have a great capacity to manage projects and you have strong communication skills • You are open-minded and have good interpersonal skills • Demonstrated attention to detail, while multi-tasking and delivering work on time • In the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
