Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are a dynamic leader who manages a team of stewards, oversees operations, and drives service excellence. As a Stewarding Team Leader, you’re not just directly overseeing the steward team during shifts – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
• Lead, train and support the stewarding team while promoting Hilton’s Blue Energy, Vision and Values. • Maintain strong communication with kitchen and hotel departments, reporting issues and supporting operational requirements. • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of products. • Oversee cleaning and stewarding operations, including kitchen sanitation, waste management, wash-up services and equipment upkeep. • Monitor stock levels, follow hotel policies and procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with meetings, projects and operational changes as required.

• High School certificate or above • At least 3 years of working experience in a 5-star category hotel • Minimum of 1 year as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel • Knowledgeable in HACCP
