• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, presenting the bar menu and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist the guests reconditing/upselling beverages according to venue standards and responsible service requirements.
• Maintain Tables & floor cleanliness and presentation, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas.
• Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments, whenever requested
• Maintain service station with guest supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA policies at all times.
• Support the bar Hostess team and supervisors with opening, closing, and operational duties while contributing to sales and guest satisfaction.
• Must have a valid NSW RSA Comp Card
• Spirit and cocktail knowledge (training will be provided)
• Previous customer service work in a bar or restaurant
• Motivated with bubbly personality
• Trustworthy (able to handle cash; training will be provided)
• Eager to learn
