Brief Job Description:
• Basic understanding of order management process and its corresponding activities • Good communication skills in Spanish and English languages
• Receive and enter customer orders into ERP systems accurately
• Validate order details (pricing, quantities, customer data, and delivery terms)
• Perform basic credit and order checks as per defined guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, billing) for smooth order fulfillment
• Track order status and follow up on delays or discrepancies
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns under supervision
• Assist in resolving customer queries related to orders and delivery
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with process requirements
• Support invoicing by maintaining clean and accurate order data

Technical Skill Requirements:
• Strong accounting knowledge with O2C experience in order management and billing.
• Basic understanding of: Customer master data, Pricing conditions & Material/product master
• Basic knowledge of: Delivery processing, Shipping and logistics coordination and Inventory/stock availability checks
• Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT
• Knowledge of JDE & SAP ERP is desired
• Ability to document the process
