Upsell/Sell product and services; place customer orders in computer system Provide customers with product and service information Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for) Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applicationsFollow-up on customer inquiries, if not immediately resolved Multi-tasking ability Should be comfortable working for 6 days a week Willing to work in rotational Off Willing to work in rotational shifts Login for 9 hours a day
