We are seeking a self-motivated person with a passion to process customer transactions such as orders, debits, credits or returns accurately and efficiently. This opportunity is 100% office-based at our Mt Wellington office. What you will do:
• Provide accurate information back to the customer in a timely fashion • Resolve routine customer issues and customer requests, communicate with Account Managers and Customer Service Manager regarding any special situations • Providing support to the rest of the Customer Service team as required • May assist pricing coordinator, Customer Service Manager/supervisor and executive office, in data entry of pertinent information • General reception duties such as answering the phone and dealing with visitors on first entry • Constantly seek improved ways to service internal and external customers. What you’ll bring:
• Strong communication English skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure.
• Effective personal time management and organization skills imperative.
