Job duty
• Perform root cause analysis using appropriate quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.). • Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Follow up on effectiveness verification of corrective actions. • Review quality control (QC) data, control charts, duplicate results, spike recovery data, CRM results, and proficiency testing performance. • Coordinate investigation of abnormal analytical results. • Support maintenance and continual improvement of the laboratory quality management system. • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and internal procedures. • Assist in preparation for internal audits, external audits, accreditation assessments, and customer audits. • Support closure of audit findings and non-conformities. • Conduct technical review of laboratory records and testing documentation. • Verify compliance with approved test methods, SOPs, and quality procedures. • Coordinate proficiency testing (PT) and inter-laboratory comparison activities. • Review PT performance and investigate unsatisfactory results. • Support method validation, method verification, measurement uncertainty, and quality control programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience dealing with accreditation bodies (e.g., HOKLAS, CNAS, A2LA, UKAS). • Knowledge of regulatory testing programs such as REACH, RoHS, CPSIA, FDA, EN71, LFGB, or cosmetic testing. • Internal Auditor qualification for ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001 Education
