Zensar Technologies Limited seeks an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager‑Sales to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth. As the face of the company, you will design and implement effective sales strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive sustainable financial performance across target markets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients. • Identify and target high‑potential market segments. • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Track sales performance metrics and report to senior leadership. • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities. • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience. • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. • Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel as required.
