You will lead complex onboarding and account lifecycle events while partnering across teams to deliver a strong client experience. Job summary As a Client Onboarding Associate in the Client Onboarding Management Team, you will lead new account onboarding and complex lifecycle events for institutional and strategic clients. You will serve as a primary point of contact through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and driving a controlled launch. You will identify risks early, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement to strengthen the client experience. Job responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end new account onboarding for institutional and strategic client mandates • Coordinate account lifecycle events, including mergers, liquidations, closures, in-kind transfers, and custody changes • Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and delivery • Lead internal and external meetings to align stakeholders on scope, timelines, dependencies, and next steps • Maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and project plans to support delivery transparency • Execute control checkpoints and confirm required approvals prior to launch • Apply subject matter knowledge to make day-to-day decisions within agreed procedures and risk controls • Partner with internal teams to align operational readiness and support new business initiatives • Communicate status, risks, and issues regularly, escalating where needed to protect delivery and controls • Support global onboarding partners by sharing best practices and contributing to standardization efforts • Identify, propose, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and the client experience Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Knowledge of financial products (e.g., equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, and funds) and how they impact onboarding and post-launch operations • Understanding of trade lifecycle concepts from event inception through execution and operational settlement • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across varied seniority levels • Project management capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently from planning through delivery • Strong organization and time management skills with consistent follow-through on commitments and milestones • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and comfort using web-based tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain status, decisions, and risks clearly • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions • Experience using digital tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, or Alteryx) to support process improvement and reporting Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in asset management, investment banking, or wealth management operations supporting client onboarding or related lifecycle activity • Professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a postgraduate finance qualification, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 6 years of experience in the financial services industry • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
