Job summary As a Client Onboarding Manager in Asset Management Team, you lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation initiatives that improve service quality, reduce operational risk, and strengthen controls. You partner with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into clear plans, coordinate delivery timelines, and provide transparent progress reporting. Job responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management for new and existing client accounts and mandates, including key change events (e.g., mergers, liquidations, closures, transfers, and custody changes). • Manage tactical and strategic implementation projects that support new business opportunities, operating model changes, market expansions, and regulatory-driven initiatives. • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives from initiation through implementation and post-implementation review, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and ownership. • Translate business requirements into executable project plans, onboarding checklists, process flows, and runbooks. • Maintain accurate project and event documentation, including onboarding checklists, account opening information, product specifications, and status materials. • Plan, schedule, and lead regular stakeholder meetings; document actions and manage follow-ups to completion. • Provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely manner, including root cause analysis and resolution planning. • Partner with stakeholders to re-engineer and enhance operational and service models to improve scalability and strengthen controls. • Proactively identify risk and control gaps and support mitigation actions aligned to agreed standards. • Liaise with external parties as needed (e.g., consultants, custodians, transfer agents, record keepers, outsourced service providers, and transition managers) to support successful delivery. • Provide oversight and coordination support for the local Manila-based team supporting fund and account activities. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Knowledge of financial products (e.g., equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, and funds) and understanding of trade flow from execution through operational settlement. • Demonstrated project management capability, including managing multiple initiatives concurrently end-to-end and working across cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with partners across varying levels of seniority. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, align expectations, and document decisions and actions. • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to escalate appropriately to manage risk and delivery outcomes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using web-based collaboration tools. • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Professional qualification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) and/or a Master of Business Administration (MBA). • 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, including Asset Management or relevant Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and relevant onboarding, implementation, or client service delivery roles. • Experience leading teams through the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, well-controlled execution through coaching, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
