As a Sr Product Delivery Associate in Consumer Bank’s Becoming a Customer organization, you enable the release of products and features by collaborating with stakeholders, software developers, and peers. As a Product Delivery Associate, you will collaborate with local and internationally dispersed digital content management stakeholders to deliver and evolve industry-leading digital web experiences. Job responsibilities
• Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies. • Manage content workflows and calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent messaging across marketing campaign programs • Collaborate with marketing and user experience design teams to build engaging, accessible content for digital acquisitions in Consumer Bank • Author, enter, and manage digital content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools, ensuring alignment with approved content requirements. • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines. • Complete work requests using internal tools, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy. • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve content-related and technical issues effectively. • Leverage AI to find and create new ways to increase productivity and efficiency. • Support the integration of accessibility guidelines into content structures to accommodate a diverse user base. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including proficiency in JSON, HTML, and CSS, and Javascript • Demonstrated ability to contribute to content architecture modernization using knowledge of content platform systems. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation. • Minimum of 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise in content production or a relevant domain area. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and articulate trade‑offs. • Skilled in Confluence, Jira, or similar workflow management tools • Hands-on experience with agile product development/software delivery lifecycle practices. • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes • Familiarity with ADA standards and conformance. • Experience in usability, information architecture, and content design.
