• Plan and implement units of product quality • Perform continuous assessment of product quality • Assist team to resolve operating problems with process, maintenance, and plant engineering support • Lead small projects in process monitoring, investigation, and optimization • Conduct statistical studies for operation review • Work closely with production department to improve process and quality • Follow safe practices at all times

• Enrolled in 4-year Engineering Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Pulp & Paper; and have completed at least 2 years • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Statistics
