Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility. • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications. • Stay updated on changing regulations and industry best practices. • Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace. • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions and preventive measures. • Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies. • Develop and manage the HSE budget, allocate resources, and seek cost-effective solutions to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection. • Promote environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact of the organization's operations. • Establish and enforce quality control standards in HSE engineering, conducting regular inspections and performance assessments. • Leverage advanced technology solutions to enhance safety and environmental monitoring, reporting, and incident response. • Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters. Requirements & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in HSE engineering • Leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. • Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities. • Certification in HSE related field is a plus, such as Safety and Health Officer (SHO), Certified Environmental Professional In Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM), Radiation Protection Officer (RPO), Certified Environmental Professionals in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) or any other related certifications will be added advantage.
