• Perform the physical inventory audit (finished goods, wafers, dice, raw stock, piece parts) and participate in the development of processes which involve changes in inventory management. • Report inventory results to management and recommend solutions to improve procedures. • Control inventories put in the audit bank by the warehouse, negative stocks, and make the corresponding adjustments. • Review new production flows. Monitor product flows and help in bank set up. • Participate in new releases of TRAK and PROMIS systems and control access requests.  • Control and correct inventory discrepancies between mainframe and local inventory systems. • Maintenance: perform transaction reversal, movements between TANDEM systems and perform the corresponding adjustments. • Help in month-end, quarterly and annual closing activities. • Precious metals audits: Witness precious metal reclaim and physical audit of the precious metal inventories. • Perform walkthrough of management count and test effectiveness of SOX Controls. • Perform other related duties and activities that may be assigned by immediate superior or management.

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or Financial Management. • Experience of at least 2 to 3 years as inventory auditor is preferred. • Demonstrate independence and objectivity to render impartial and unbiased judgments. • With high level of motivation, professionalism and team spirit within the group. • Effective oral, written communication and presentation skills. • Multi-task oriented, proactive & keen on details. • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar platforms. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large transaction volumes. • High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and accountability. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work under deadlines, manage priorities and follow established policies and procedures.
