POSITION SUMMARY
• The Customer Service Specialist leads customer-facing projects from sales handover to completion. Acting as the main contact for customers and internal teams, this role manages planning, delivery, installation, invoicing, and project closure. It also ensures timely shipment updates to support sales forecasting and requires strong coordination and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate & Clarify the handover process from Sales to CMO to ensure a smooth project start. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery, installation, invoicing, and project closure. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, COP, Warehouse, and Service, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. • Update and manage shipment schedules for both inventory and non-inventory items to support accurate sales forecasting. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Generate regular reports (Customer survey) and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed of project status and financial performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and management • Analytical, computer, math, and problem-solving skills • Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track • Experience in technical project management or engineering roles • Bachelor's degree in project management or related technical field • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools • Leadership experience in coaching and developing technical teams
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
• Primarily office-based work, with occasional travel to customer sites or project locations. • Prolonged use of computers and standard office equipment. • Ability to sit, attend meetings, and work at a computer for extended periods. • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. • Work environment is professional, collaborative, and fast-paced. • May require working outside of regular business hours during critical project phases such as installation or delivery.
