About this role
• 1. Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification
• 2. Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience.
• 3. Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant
• 4. Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design.
• 5. Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments.
• 6. Develop and support governance mechanisms, including VOS maturity tracking, KPI alignment, and leadership engagement routines.
• 7. Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets and behaviors that sustain progress over time.
• 8. Support deployment across both cultural and tactical dimensions — from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change.
• 9. Shop floor engagement on sustainability of operating system
Qualifications-
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma - Mechanical or Industrial Engg required
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience (required) will be an additional advantage
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience for BE or 8-10 Years for Diploma Candidate leading Lean tools or operational excellence efforts in global, matrixed organizations.
