Resideo is seeking a highly driven Penetration Tester to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems, products, and customers. In this role, you will help protect customer data, ensure product security, and strengthen privacy across everything we build. You will proactively hunt for vulnerabilities across a broad technology landscape—including hardware, web and mobile applications, cloud environments, and on‑premise infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who thinks like an attacker, enjoys ethically breaking systems, and takes real satisfaction in uncovering and fixing complex security issues across multiple domains The threat landscape is constantly evolving, and so are we. You’ll continuously sharpen your skills through training, industry conferences, internal Hacking Fridays, Capture‑the‑Flag (CTF) events, and hands‑on collaboration with passionate security professionals. While the challenges can be tough, you’ll never face them alone—you’ll be part of a supportive, highly skilled team. JOB DUTIES:

• Advanced Penetration Testing: Perform in-depth penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems to uncover security weaknesses. • Project Ownership: Take ownership of more complex security projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables • Tool Proficiency: Utilise advanced tools and methodologies for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment • Reporting: Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations • Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to achieve common objectives and ensure the success of cross-functional projects. • Compliance: Ensure all testing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards • Self-Development: Dedicate time during your working week to build your skills and prepare for relevant industry certifications, fully funded by Resideo.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Hands‑on experience in cyber security, with a strong focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment • Practical knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques • A strong desire for continuous self‑development, with the willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and invest time in studying for relevant qualifications • The ability to analyse complex security problems and propose effective, practical solutions • Business level English is required WE VALUE:
