Maintenance Technician Start ASAP - Weekly PayWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across a variety of manufacturing and industrial facilities in the Sioux Falls area. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and equipment reliability.Pay Range: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications)Hours: 6am–4:30pm (M–Fr)Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machineryWork Environment:• Indoor industrial and manufacturing settings• Fast-paced, hands-on environment• Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures• Use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment requiredSkills:• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs is a plus• Welding and fabrication experience a bonus• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Apply now!! Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $76960.00/yr.
