Warehouse Associate (For quicker response, email resume directly to: [email protected]) Location: Palmetto, FLSchedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7 AM -3:30 PMEmployment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-HireWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our manufacturing and distribution team in Palmetto. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. • Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory records. • Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. • Move materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping needs. • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. • Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or quality concerns. • Crate and prepare finished products for shipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. • Support additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned. Based on common material handler responsibilities at the Palmetto aviation equipment manufacturing facility. Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. • Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus. • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic computer and inventory tracking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • High school diploma or GED preferred. Based on qualifications commonly listed for material handling roles at the facility. Benefits
