Description
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to job sites across all five boroughs (schedule based on client needs). Conduct field inspections and complete reports remotely. Prepare detailed field reports, inspection logs, and photographic documentation; submit findings to clients and internal teams. Perform TPP inspections with company-provided training and support. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines. Monitor construction activities for quality control, including concrete testing, structural inspections, and materials verification. Assist in reviewing permits, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with field conditions. Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues, recommending corrective actions and coordinating with stakeholders for resolution.
