As a Manager in Financial Markets - Real Estate Technology (Yardi), you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions and strategies - Leading teams in the execution of financial management and strategy consulting services - Guiding clients in optimizing financial performance and improving decision-making processes - Overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of client projects to meet objectives - Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth - Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support strategic recommendations - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights and guidance - Confirming compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and address their financial challenges - Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
