Job description: Data Ingestion Dev – LO / Lights-On Support Role OverviewFull-stack engineer supporting AWS-based data ingestion platform, focused on production stability, incident handling, and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn L1/L2 production support for APIs, services, and data pipelinesMonitor logs and dashboards (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog) and respond to alertsTroubleshoot across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructureImplement bug fixes, patches, and configuration changes following release processesBuild automation (runbooks, scripts) to reduce manual effortSupport deployments, patching, and release validationMaintain incident reports, postmortems, and knowledge baseImprove observability and system reliability (metrics, logging, alerts)Required Skills4+ years experience in full-stack/backend development with production supportProficiency in Python / Java / .NETStrong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM, etc.)Strong debugging using logs, APM tools, and tracing frameworksExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)Preferred SkillsAWS CertificationsExperience with Kubernetes / EKSExposure to Kafka, SQS, Redshift or data streaming platforms
