What You'll Do: • Serve as a trusted technical leader across multiple engineering teams. • Solve complex engineering and technology challenges that impact the broader organization. • Design, develop, and validate proofs of concept, prototypes, and reference implementations. • Evaluate solution alternatives and guide teams through architectural and technical tradeoffs. • Design experiments and testing strategies to validate performance, scalability, reliability, and feasibility. • Establish engineering patterns, standards, and best practices that can be leveraged across teams. • Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability, observability, resilience, and operational excellence. • Influence architecture and engineering decisions across multiple products and services. • Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, helping strengthen technical capabilities throughout the organization.
