DSA VIP Sales & Services Coordinator - Full Time - Internal
Job Description: Disney Special Activities (DSA) VIP Sales and Service Coordinators create highly personalized Disneyland® Resort experiences for VIP Guests. From the initial inquiry and booking through itinerary planning, pre-visit communication, and visit support, you will serve as a consistent point of contact while coordinating the many details that contribute to a seamless experience. In this role, you will use consultative sales techniques to understand each Guest’s needs, explain available products and services, and develop customized plans that may include VIP Tours, Disneyland® Resort Hotel accommodations, theme park tickets, dining reservations, reserved viewing experiences, Resort activities, and other offerings. You will also partner with multiple areas across the Disneyland® Resort, complete outbound Guest communications, and support special assignments and projects related to Disney Special Activities and VIP Tour experiences. Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY • This is a Full Time, in-office position • Full Time Cast Members must be fully available during peak and non-peak periods, including weekends and holidays, and must meet all scheduling and attendance requirements • After training, schedules are assigned based on business needs and seniority. Cast Members should expect to work a variety of day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic Qualifications: • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized Guest service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to guide conversations and communicate detailed information clearly • Demonstrated sales orientation, including the ability to identify Guest needs, recommend appropriate products and services, respond to objections, and influence purchasing decisions • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused when resolving complex or sensitive Guest concerns • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to complete repetitive or detailed tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems, web-based applications, and communication tools simultaneously • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and use available resources to address Guest needs • Ability to follow direction, support fellow Cast Members, and collaborate effectively with internal partners • Flexibility to adjust priorities and complete a variety of responsibilities without compromising quality • Enthusiasm for the Disneyland® Resort experience and the ability to generate excitement when discussing Disney products and services • Ability to work a schedule based on business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods Cast Members interested in any Disneyland® Resort hourly transfer are encouraged to talk to their Leader before submitting an application In order to be eligible to transfer, Cast Members must meet the Resort Hourly Transfer eligibility guidelines: • Must be a currently active Cast Member (not on any type of leave of absence) • Must be in the current area for 4 months • Availability must meet the scheduling needs of the new department • Performance record must be clear of any work performance/attendance issues (written warnings or suspensions) within the past 4 months
Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, travel planning, concierge services, reservations, or a high-touch Guest-service environment • Previous sales experience, particularly in a high-volume contact center, hospitality, travel, or tourism environment • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced office or contact-center setting • Detailed knowledge of Disneyland® Resort theme parks, Resort Hotels, products, services, policies, and terminology • Experience with AGS, UAD, GSS, Outlook, A la Carte, or similar reservation and Guest-service systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities: • Assist Guests with planning and booking personalized itineraries, VIP Tours, Disneyland Resort Hotel accommodations, theme park tickets, dining reservations, reserved viewing experiences, Resort activities, and other available services • Serve as a consistent point of contact for VIP Guests from the initial inquiry and booking through itinerary planning, pre-visit communication, and visit support • Identify Guest needs and use consultative sales techniques to recommend products and services that enhance their Disneyland® Resort experience • Clearly communicate product offerings and benefits, respond confidently to questions or objections, and help Guests make informed purchasing decisions • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails from Guests, travel agents, business partners, and internal partners • Navigate multiple reservation, communication, and Guest-service systems simultaneously while documenting information and completing transactions accurately • Coordinate with multiple lines of business to support detailed itineraries and help deliver a seamless VIP Guest experience • Resolve complex or sensitive Guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment while using available resources and established procedures • Maintain professional conduct and protect confidential Guest information throughout all verbal and written interactions • Adjust plans, workload, and priorities effectively as Guest needs and business conditions change • Remain composed, professional, and solution-focused during complex or high-pressure situations • Complete outbound Guest communications, special assignments, and projects related to Disney Special Activities and VIP Tour experiences • Guest interactions are recorded and may include telephone audio and computer-screen activity. Cast Members receive ongoing performance feedback and are evaluated in areas that include productivity, efficiency, revenue, Guest experience, and quality monitoring
Compensation Details: The pay rate for this role in California is $32.00 per hour.
