We are looking for experienced test engineers to support a significant increase in new development programs in the Controls and Avionics Solutions business area in Endicott, NY. • Demonstrated ability to develop hardware and software acceptance test solution on a new product with minimal oversight. • Demonstrated technical ownership of production test on multiple complex programs. • Provide training, guidance and mentoring to less experienced test engineers and test technicians. • Support Test Engineering leads and manager by providing inputs on proposals. • Must be self-directed and have the ability to organize workload to develop a plan to maximize efficiency of performing tasks. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as the candidate acts as an interface with internal and external customers. • Candidate must have flexible schedule to assist in other areas as needed and exceptional work ethic to respond to the challenges of a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Education: • 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience • Ability to lead a small team and work independently as part of a larger team

Preferred Skills and Education: • BSEE or similar 4 year technical degree • Significant experience working in a production test environment on flight controls • Significant experience developing acceptance test with CsGTI, NI TestStand, Labview, Visual Basic or similar test executives and programming languages utilized in the Test Engineering discipline.
