We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic leader for select programs. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will:

Lead Strategic Execution: Oversee all aspects of program supply chain strategy, including procurement, subcontracts management, and planning to ensure alignment between functional goals and program execution. Drive Program Success: Act as the single point of escalation for supply chain issue resolution, ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and schedule targets. Manage Strategic Relationships: Collaborate with supplier leadership to manage key partnerships and ensure the delivery of all contracted requirements. Optimize Resources: Allocate supply chain resources effectively and develop programmatic strategies that address specific business requirements. Mitigate Risk: Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for the business. Mentor and Lead: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subcontract project management, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as an engaged member of the program team, advising leadership on all aspects of supply chain execution and facilitating communication between functional teams.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across functional boundaries. Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies and applicable federal regulations.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience working within the defense industry or with government contracting requirements. Experience managing a portfolio of programs (program family) rather than a single project.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
