Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Campaign Analyst to work with our International Partners.
The role will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns, utilizing toolsets to leverage data capabilities for effective campaign execution and customer engagement. what you will be doing:
• Create and execute campaigns within SLA timelines using campaign management toolsets
• Perform quality checks of data extracts and/or campaigns in accordance with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Build precise data queries to identify specific customer lists based on the campaign requirements (demographics, behavior, product portfolio)
• Manage audience exclusion lists, control groups, and execution frequency limits to protect user experience and to ensure a good database hygiene
• Provide data and technical expertise to stakeholders to optimize customer contacts across all channels, delivering an integrated, sequenced communication program for each customer
• Ensure that relevant targeting, segmentation, and customer journey overlays are correctly applied to support the development and implementation of the customer contact plan
• Manage and develop the contact response history to track campaign performance and customer interactions
what we are looking for:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with campaign management tools such as Unica, Pega or similar platforms
• Good knowledge of database management
• Knowledge of SQL for database querying and Excel for data manipulation
• Ability to translate a business brief into technical specifications
• Strong communication skills
• Logical analysis and development skills
• Fluentin English
