About the roleAs Finance Partner – Cash & Net Result, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the organic cash flow of Orange Business (budget, strategic plan, forecasts) • Analyzing the division’s net result • Identifying, supporting, and monitoring action plans aimed at improving organic cash flow, in collaboration with business and back-office teams, with a particular focus on Working Capital Requirements (customers, suppliers, inventories) • Contributing to the development of cash flow dashboards (Group, OB) and ensuring the accuracy of key indicators • Presenting key reports and analyses to Group Controlling teams or Orange Business Finance team, providing relevant insights for decision-making
You will work in close coordination with Group Finance teams, controlling and operational teams within OB, and the OB Tax team.
About youProfile:
• Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or university) with a specialization in finance/accounting • Significant experience in controlling, ideally within an international environment, ideally at least 15 years of experience • Strong knowledge of controlling processes, cash management, and financial analysis
Key skills :
• Solid understanding of Finance IS, interactions between applications, and reporting tools (EPM, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French language skills are a plus • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams • Analytical mindset, attention to detail,, and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills to present complex analysis clearly

Base salary from 1,700 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
