How you will make an impact Are you ready to lead the digital solutions that shape the employee experience across Arla? As Head of IT Product, HR, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a critical HR product area, ensuring business value, strong performance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders, you will drive product direction, challenge priorities, and lead a high-performing team in a complex and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include
• Providing strategic and operational leadership for the HR IT product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, people strategy and long-term value creation. • Building strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, effectively influencing, challenging and aligning diverse priorities in a complex environment. • Driving product strategy, roadmap execution and delivery of business outcomes while maintaining high standards of operational performance and service excellence. • Taking ownership of budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risk management and investment decisions within the product area. • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. • Managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective communication across business, product and technology teams. • Ensuring compliance, security and governance standards are met while supporting innovation and transformation initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with
• Strong experience leading complex technology products, product organizations or project initiatives in an enterprise environment. • Proven leadership experience, including direct responsibility for developing and leading teams. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics. • Strong business and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, investments and vendor relationships. • Experience managing large-scale projects or product portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology ecosystems, combined with the ability to translate business needs into technology capabilities. • Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams. • A proactive, resilient and results-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive decisions forward.
