Our Defence Clothing System (DCS) contract plays a critical role in ensuring Defence personnel receive the support they need, when they need it. We are seeking a Compliance & Performance Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in logistics, compliance, or performance reporting who is looking to build their career within a leading Defence services organisation. This is a Permanent Full-time position and will be based out of Victoria Barracks, Melbourne. About the Role Reporting to the Compliance & Performance Manager, you will support the delivery of compliance, governance, reporting, and performance activities across the DCS contract. You will work closely with operational and leadership teams to monitor contract performance, maintain compliance frameworks, analyse KPI data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance monitoring across all contracted DCS services • Assist with the interpretation and application of Defence and Ventia policies and governance requirements • Maintain compliance, auditing and reporting systems • Collect, analyse and report on KPI and performance data • Assist in the preparation of compliance and performance reports • Identify compliance risks and support mitigation activities • Provide administrative and analytical support to key stakeholders • Promote service excellence and a positive customer experience About You You are a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and compliance frameworks. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can effectively collaborate across a range of operational and management teams. To be successful, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related discipline (Ideal) • Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills • Experience working with Defence systems, including MILIS and PIMS (desirable) • Previous Defence sector experience, ideally within logistics (highly regarded) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements As this role supports the Defence sector, applicants must:
