The Role Supports the development, management and oversight of vendor budget analysis across multiple clinical trials, pre-clinical services and vendors. The role performs detailed commercial analyses, reviews vendor budgets, rate cards, Task Orders (TOs) and Change Orders (COs), and provides recommendations to ensure budgets align with contractual terms, Genmab standards and sourcing strategies.
Responsabilities
• Review vendor budgets, TOs and COs for accuracy and contractual compliance. • Perform detailed budget reconciliations and commercial analyses. • Review vendor rate cards, inflation calculations and pricing assumptions. • Identify discrepancies, risks and savings opportunities and escalate where appropriate. • Support negotiations by preparing commercial analyses and benchmarking. • Maintain budget trackers, databases and reporting tools. • Support process improvements and standardization of budget review activities.
Requirments Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field. • One to two years experience within clinical outsourcing, sourcing, finance or vendor management. • Strong analytical, Excel, AI - skills. • Knowledge of clinical trial budgeting, contracts and vendor management is preferred. • Strong communication skills in English - both oral and written. • Based in Denmark with ability to work on-site.
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK492.000,00---738.000,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
