Partner with the best The ANP AMO Manager is responsible for leading Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) operations in support of on- & offshore Completion and Wellbore Intervention activities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all AMO services while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction in the region. The position is based full-time in Jandakot. As an Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul (AMO) Manager – Completion & Wellbore Intervention for ANP, you will be responsible for:
• Leading day‑to‑day AMO operations including inspection, redress, assembly, and loadout activities. • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and company procedures. • Driving on‑time delivery, turnaround time improvements, and operational efficiency. • Managing workforce planning, development, and performance of the local AMO team. • Playing a key role in the oversight of inventory, spare parts management, and material readiness. • Coordinating closely with service delivery, field teams, and customers. • Contributing to P&L performance through cost control and productivity improvements.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a strong background in AMO (CWI preferred). • Have knowledge of QA/QC processes, loadout requirements, and offshore service delivery. • Have proven leadership experience in a shop or offshore support environment. • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Have great attitude and problem-solving skills. • Have the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand operational setting. • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. • Have experience in SAP.
