Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
• 参与暖通产品开发过程中及产品生命周期的对于新产品在动力学、声学及疲劳可靠性风险的评估 • 主导产品及零部件的动力学测试、振动测试、声学测试及相关验证工作； • 制定测试方案，包括测试类型选择，数据采集系统的设置与布置及测试实施； • 测试和分析数据进行处理、分析与结果解读；识别并分析产品运行过程中的NVH问题，覆盖风机、电机、压缩机、管路、钣金结构及整机系统等相关模块； • 通过仿真建模方式，对于声传导、声振耦合、气动噪声及声学材料领域进行定量分析，提出声学解决方案 • 与结构、系统、热管理、控制及制造等团队协作，推动NVH问题整改及优化方案实施； • 支持测试方法、测试标准及实验室能力的持续优化与提升。
• Participate in the assessment of dynamic, acoustic, and fatigue reliability risks for new products during HVAC product development and throughout the product lifecycle; • Lead dynamic, vibration, and acoustic testing of products and components, as well as related validation work; • Develop test plans, including selection of test types, setup and arrangement of data acquisition systems, and test execution; • Process, analyze, and interpret test and analytical data; identify and analyze NVH issues during product operation, covering relevant modules such as fans, motors, compressors, piping, sheet metal structures, and complete unit systems; • Conduct quantitative analysis in the areas of sound transmission, vibro-acoustic coupling, aerodynamic noise, and acoustic materials through simulation modeling, and propose acoustic solutions; • Collaborate with teams in structures, systems, thermal management, controls, and manufacturing to drive NVH issue resolution and implementation of optimization plans; • Support the continuous optimization and enhancement of test methods, test standards, and laboratory capabilities. 任职资格 / Qualifications
• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、工程力学、动力工程、声学、振动工程、暖通空调或相关专业； • 应届毕业生可申请； • 具备振动、噪声、结构动力学、结构疲劳等相关基础知识； • 熟悉常用测试仪器及传感器原理，包括加速度传感器、麦克风、力传感器及数据采集设备等； • 具备一定的数据处理与分析能力，能够使用常见工程软件开展测试分析； • 具备一定的声学建模及仿真能力 • 熟悉以下任一工具者优先：Siemens Simcenter Test.Lab, Siemens Simcenter 3D, ANSYS； • 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力及跨团队沟通能力； • 具备较强的学习能力、执行力和动手实践能力； • 具备基本英文读写能力，能够阅读英文技术资料。
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Power Engineering, Acoustics, Vibration Engineering, HVAC, or a related field; • Recent graduates are welcome to apply; • Solid fundamental knowledge of vibration, noise, structural dynamics, structural fatigue, and related areas; • Familiarity with commonly used testing instruments and sensor principles, including accelerometers, microphones, force sensors, and data acquisition equipment; • Basic data processing and analysis skills, with the ability to use common engineering software for test analysis; • Basic capability in acoustic modeling and simulation; • Familiarity with any of the following tools is preferred: Siemens Simcenter Test.Lab, Siemens Simcenter 3D, ANSYS. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional communication skills; • Demonstrated learning agility, execution capability, and hands-on approach; • Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to review technical documentation.
