As a Data Testing Engineer - Senior Associate, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming that they meet the desired quality standards and perform as expected. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. Responsibilities
- Collaborating with client teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive testing strategies - Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency - Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that applications meet client expectations and business needs - Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for software improvements - Mentoring junior team members in testing methodologies and best practices - Building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate effective communication and project success - Adapting to changing project requirements and embracing new testing technologies and methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Executes data validation test cases for the conversion, verifying transformed records in the Fiserv target system against source data. - Logs data quality defects, performs retest verification, and contributes to mock conversion sign-off reporting.
