What You Will Do
• As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer support, accurate commercial processing and timely cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scope and established pricing guidelines.
• Perform detailed invoice reviews to ensure billing accuracy, contractual compliance and alignment with agreed pricing structures.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to pricing, service status, lead times and scope clarification.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance to facilitate accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes.
• Monitor work orders and ensure accurate cost capture and commercial setup within internal systems.
• Support the resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes and customer claims.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and transactional records across relevant systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on invoicing efficiency, quotation turnaround time and customer responsiveness.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the organisation.
Qualifications You Must Have
• Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent working experience in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
• Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage
• Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or similar technical service industries
• Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, or billing/invoicing processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
• Understanding of technical repair terminology or industrial service environments
• Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience within aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or a comparable technical service industry.
• Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, billing or invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Understanding of technical repair terminology or industrial service environments.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional or global teams.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Knowledge of programming or VBA would be advantageous.
