About this role

Role Purpose To serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness. To lead the full employee lifecycle, foster a high-performance culture, leverage data, and digital tools to enhance decision-making, and ensure an outstanding employee experience. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR solutions aligned with business objectives. • Translate business strategy into people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and talent development. • Provide proactive guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Talent & Employee Experience • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. • Drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture. • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Data, Digitalization & AI • Use people analytics, workforce data, and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and support business decisions. • Promote digital HR solutions, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure high-quality HR data and effective utilization of HR systems and technology. HR Governance & Operations • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and HR governance requirements. • Partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver effective HR support. • Monitor and improve HR service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an international organization. • Proven business partnering experience supporting leaders in a dynamic environment. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. • Experience leading change and organizational transformation initiatives.

Key Competencies • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Digital fluency and familiarity with AI, HR technologies, and automation tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. • Ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and matrix organizations. • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and the future of work.
