Grow together

Customer Touchpoint Solutions (CTS) delivers seamless digital and physical customer interactions across DHL touchpoints, including self-service terminals, retail branches, and customer portals. We contribute to this success by providing robust, scalable platform engineering and DevOps practices that underpin application delivery, ensuring reliable, secure, and continuously improving service operations.

As Senior DevOps Manager you will be responsible for:

• Design ownership and implementation, continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and platform automation across CTS delivery teams. • Identification of technical bottlenecks, defining engineering best practices, and orchestrating DevOps tooling adoption to improve deployment frequency, reduce lead time, and enhance service quality. • A key part of this role is engaging with internal and external stakeholders — translating business requirements into technical solutions, communicating platform status and roadmap progress, and ensuring alignment between delivery teams and organizational priorities. • You will contribute to incident response and service restoration, ensuring platform failures are swiftly resolved and that post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and follow-up actions are translated into durable platform improvements. • Acting as a bridge between development and operations, you will convert engineering insights and operational learnings into improved automation, hardened infrastructure, and increasingly self-healing platform capabilities. • You will be part of the Solution Delivery team, driving the evolution of CTS platform engineering toward scalable, secure, and technology-driven continuous delivery.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• You bring broad experience in enterprise IT operations, production support, and cloud infrastructure within large multinational environments. • You have strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps, with solid knowledge of Virtual Machines, AKS, Load Balancers, networking, DNS, and Azure SQL. • Your background includes supporting business-critical platforms, driving operational excellence, and managing deployment and release processes across complex enterprise environments. • You are also well versed in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and scripting, with experience in Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python, SQL, and advanced troubleshooting. • You work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate confidently across global teams, stakeholders, and vendors. • With strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset, you take ownership, drive issues through to resolution, and continuously improve stability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Strengths:

• Ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement • Incident, problem, and change management • Service reliability and operational excellence • Enterprise application and production support • Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud operations • Stakeholder collaboration

An array of benefits for you:

• An extra week of holiday (25 days/year), 6 Self-sickness days, Full compensation for up to 10 days absence due to illness/year, Up to 3 additional personal paid days off for long-term service. • On-going professional & technical training and certifications. • Company car for business & private purposes/car allowance. • Edenred Cafeteria program including fully covered lunch vouchers; pension/life insurance, premium medical membership, long-term sickness insurance. • Multisport card, Discounts with selected partners, Company events and Health Days, Fruit days, One-time maternity grant, Opportunity to buy Deutsche Post AG shares at a discount, and much more.

Great Team My name is Charles, and I serve as Head of Department for P&P CTS Operations at DHL IT Services in Prague. I began my career with DHL in 2000 as a Unix Systems Administrator in the GBS Operations team in London. Early in my journey, I developed a strong interest in application support and infrastructure engineering, which led me to new opportunities within the Shared Services & Application Support areas.

The experience gained helped shape my subsequent path through a range of leadership roles across the organization and set the foundation for my continued growth as a leader.

Today, together with strong, diverse, and multinational teams, we are united by a shared commitment to service excellence, innovation, and collaboration, supporting several critical applications across the Group.

Looking forward to having you onboard!
