Job Description If you are ready for a new and exciting career, come join our team! BAE Systems is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide IT System Administration and Litigation Technology support to to the United States Attorneys Office District of Wisconsin.
The IT System Administrator shall perform the following tasks in support of the District of Wisconsin: • Assist the IT staff and USAO users with correcting hardware, software, connectivity and applications issues or application-based problems using established EOUSA or industry standard resolution procedures. • Support user’s moves, additions, changes, and deletions requested from the USAO user base. • Accurately answer technical support questions posed by users either over-the-phone, desk-side or by email. As a single point of contact for problems, contractor personnel must have a basic understanding of the US Attorney Procedures (USAP), policies, software, hardware, communications, security, and network systems employed in the USAO, NOC, JDC, and EOUSA network computing environments. • Independently, or in concert with the USAO System Manager, diagnose and resolve information technology problems that affect USAO users or operations and provide for the prompt, orderly hand-off of calls to the designated support staff or hardware vendor to initiate the appropriate service response. • Perform configuration and installation or secure shipment of servers, mobile devices, laptops. Workstations, network switches, hubs, fiber transceivers, printers, system hard drives, etc., when required per standard procedures. • Perform end-user support, network administration, system administration, user training, user account management, Systems Manager training, technical bulletin installation, and daily tape system backup/recovery, as required. • Work closely with the district Systems Manager on all aspects of the IT function in the district • Provide basic litigation support in the areas of Power Point presentation, document management and computer set-up in the courtroom.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Due to the nature of this customer, the position will require either already possessing a government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum Candidate Requirements • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field OR • Microsoft Fundamentals or CompTIA certifications; OR • 2 years IT Help Desk support experience in a Windows Active Directory environment; OR • 2 years of experience in Windows Active Directory, network, IT operations, and IT hardware support. Skill Sets Anticipated • Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows and Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint). • Knowledge of litigation support software (i.e., Concordance, Sanctions) is a plus. • Experience with various Apple hardware (i.e., iPhone, iPad) and other mobile devices. • Strong background in customer service. • Experience with office automation hardware, software, and printer support.
Security Requirements • Must be able to attain up to Secret Clearance (see additional details below)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills A current / active Secret or Top Secret clearance is desired. The candidate can start work with an interim clearance but must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
