The Role:
This role is responsible to build, maintaining, and repair the process equipment in an effective/efficient manner to allow for production output requirements to be achieve on a routine basis.
In this role you will:
【Mechanical】
• Schedule work of maintenance.
• Perform preventatives maintenance and repair on process equipment.
• Identify spare parts necessary to repair machinery.
• Troubleshoots and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic (機械、氣動和液壓) failures.
• Maintain manuals of PM and replacement parts.
• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner for future reference.
• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.
• Establish and ensure compliance to department safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
【Electrical】
• Schedule work of maintenance.
• Perform preventatives maintenance and repair on process equipment.
• Identify spare parts necessary to repair machinery.
• Troubleshoots and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoots a variety of sensors and PLC interface.
• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical and programming failures.
• Maintain manuals of PM and replacement parts.
• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner for future reference.
• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.
• Establish and ensure compliance to department safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
【Mechanical】
• 3~5 years related experience.
• A college’s degree above in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.
• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated electro-mechanical and hydraulic(機電油壓)troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read equipment layout, machined part drawings and control drawings.
• Experience working with troubleshooting, replacing and rebuilding valves and actuators(閥門和執行器).
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment, operations and processes.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with machine vendors.
• Able to diagnose and make correction for equipment faults and programming error effectively.
• Experience within the Semiconductor or Specialty Chemical industry strongly preferred.
【Electrical】
• 3~5 years related experience.
• A college’s degree above in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.
• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated electro-mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs (液體管路設計圖)and engineering drawings(氣/電), control drawings(氣/電) and electrical schematics.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting with oven, Heaters, chemical purification equipment, glove box, pump, sensors (i.e. temperature, level, pressure, flow etc.), and PLC (i.e. Allen Bradly/Mitsubishi/Keyence/Siemens etc).操作經驗
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment, operations and processes.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with machine vendors.
• Able to diagnose and make correction for equipment faults and programming error effectively.
• Experience within the Semiconductor or Specialty Chemical industry strongly preferred
