About this role
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

What You Will Do:
• Lead a team • Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation. • Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles. • Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. • Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility. • Create an environment in which employees can work safely. • Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications. • Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues. • Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues. >

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree • Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry • Experience in production supervision • Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment • TPM experience • Proven interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint) • Experience with SAP
