WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Role: We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality team. This role will report to the Quality Assurance Lead Auditor and primarily support internal audit activities, Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will assist with audit preparation, execution, documentation, follow-up, and quality-related activities across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. • Assist in maintaining the internal audit program, audit schedules, and related documentation. • Prepare audit checklists, supporting documentation, and audit records. • Participate in internal audits and document audit findings, observations, and opportunities for improvement. • Support the identification and documentation of non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis. • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up to support timely closure. • Support compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and preparation for external certification and surveillance audits. • Maintain and update Quality Management System documentation, procedures, work instructions, and quality records. • Assist with monitoring audit findings and quality performance metrics and escalate issues as required. • Support process audits across manufacturing operations including CDUs, cold plates, and rack integration. • Verify compliance of manufacturing processes with established procedures, specifications, and quality requirements. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to support quality and continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist with quality investigations, data collection, documentation, and follow-up activities. • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding quality requirements, documentation, and audit processes. • Ensure all quality activities and records are completed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with company procedures. • Support the Quality team in maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

• College or Technical Diploma in Engineering Technology, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, manufacturing, auditing, or a related technical environment. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with established quality processes and documentation. • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting internal audits or working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training is an asset. • ASQ certification or ASQ-related quality training is an asset. • Experience in data center infrastructure, thermal management systems, liquid cooling systems, or industrial manufacturing is an asset. • Familiarity with corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience working with manufacturing documentation, procedures, inspection records, and quality metrics.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and internal audit principles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation and processes. • Ability to identify process gaps, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement. • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality documentation. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel. • Strong follow-up and organizational skills to track audit findings and corrective actions. • Ability to understand technical processes, drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues to the Quality Assurance Lead Auditor. • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and liquid cooling system manufacturing environments is an asset. • High level of accountability, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
