The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence, community, and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you’ll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers. You will be on the road to success as an Echo Trailblazer!Spend your summer learning all the ins and outs of a sales team! After your training, you will be partnered with a mentor within our Sales team. You will spend the summer learning both the logistics industry and the full process of becoming a rock star sales rep!

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities & Job Duties
• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position Echo’s logistics solutions
• Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business
• Manage opportunities through the sales funnel and maintain strong pipeline discipline
• Set customers up for success through clear expectations and a smooth handoff after close
• Use Echo’s sales tools and technology along with AI tools to drive efficiency and results

Requirements
• Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program
• Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
• Able to work in our Nashville office 4 days and hybrid 1 day a week
• No major or GPA requirements
