About this role
As eCommerce Key Account Intern – Pureplayers, you will support the Key Account Managers in driving the day‑to‑day performance and online execution of Dyson’s key Pureplayer partners (Coolblue, bol, Amazon). This role is designed for an intern with prior Dyson and eCommerce experience. You will take ownership of execution, coordination and analysis tasks, while developing commercial and strategic skills under close guidance of the Key Account Manager and eCommerce leadership team.
Accountabilities
Together with the Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Support daily management of key Pureplayer accounts in line with agreed Joint Business Plans
• Monitor sales performance, promotions and online execution, flagging risks and opportunities
• Prepare performance reports, analysis and forecast inputs
• Support promotional planning cycles, campaign setup and asset coordination
• Manage retail media planning, execution and analysis
• Coordinate product creations, updates and launch execution at partner platforms
• Ensure accurate and high‑quality online content and brand presentation across partners
On a daily / weekly basis, your main accountabilities will be the following:
• Sales‑out follow‑up, reporting and performance tracking
• Support order tracking, forecasting updates and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate account data and reporting to support decision‑making
• Coordinate promotional timelines, asset readiness and execution
• Lead new product launches through checklists, uploads and go‑live monitoring
• Lead marketing campaigns and content execution
Main Interfaces
The eCommerce Key Account Intern will report into the Senior Key Account Manager work closely with:
• Key Account Manager – Pureplayers • Marketing Team • Sales Team • E-Com Team
This internship is offered under an internship agreement, and an internship allowance will be provided
