The Opportunity

As a Process Lead, you'll be at the heart of continuous improvement activity within Asset Operations. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and key stakeholders, you'll lead change initiatives, facilitate improvement workshops, drive business transformation projects, and support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact across a growing renewable energy business while developing your expertise in continuous improvement, lean methodologies and change management.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you'll join a flexible home-based team supporting colleagues across #UK and #Ireland. This role offers remote working with some travel to EDF power solutions offices when required, giving you the opportunity to build relationships across the wider business while maintaining flexibility in how you work.

Who You Are

We're looking for a Process Lead who combines the analytical mindset of a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Continuous Improvement and business transformation. You'll be comfortable leading programmes of change, facilitating workshops, challenging the status quo, and using Lean methodologies to remove waste and improve operational performance. Demonstrable experience leading continuous improvement, process improvement or business transformation initiatives within a complex organisationStrong knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies to identify waste, optimise processes and improve business outcomesExperience delivering change programmes from concept through to implementation and business adoptionA recognised Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence qualification, or equivalent practical experienceProven experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functionsStrong business analysis skills, including process mapping, process design and requirements managementA degree in Business, Engineering, a Technical Discipline, or a related fieldWhat You'll Be Doing
