Your mission A new role within our team, this opportunity focuses on supporting the product managers with the enhancement and management of our broadband, voice, and value-added products. The role does not require telecommunications experience, though it will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to learn market, commercial, technical, and operational skills, as part of a growing team within Fibrus. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?<ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Build relationships across the business to facilitate product management and development. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Own product training for new product introductions and ‘train the trainer’. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Own in life product operational improvement </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Manage price change implementations </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Support the product team with management of in-life product enhancements, including market research, financial analysis, process analysis. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Collaborate with customer experience manager and go-to-market manager to understand customer pain points and develop a roadmap for ongoing product improvement. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Develop and document customer journeys, business processes and IT requirements. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Collate reports and present data with meaningful insights. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Analyse market research and technology trends </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Analyse pricing and commercial opportunities </li></ul> Your profile WHAT WILL YOU BRING?<ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li style="text-align:justify;">At least 2 years commercial experience. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">The ability to work independently and be a self-starter. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Positive approach to solving problems and seeking consensus in decision-making. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience in a sales support, customer support, marketing or business analysis role within telecommunication is preferable but not essential – individuals from a utilities background or similar are also welcomed. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Willingness to learn new concepts and proactively manage career development. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Good communication, presentation and influencing skills. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong competency in the use of MS Office. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Comfortable with financial analysis. </li></ul> Why us?
