In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all goods are prepared and shipped on time, accurately, and in perfect condition.</span></p> Responsibilities <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Warehouse Management:</strong> Manage the daily warehouse operations, from receiving deliveries and updating the system to preparing materials for development projects.</p></li><li style="margin-top:0.5rem;"><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Warehouse Organization:</strong> Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to use. Follow basic 5S principles and make sure all items are clearly labeled and stored in the right place.</p></li><li style="margin-top:0.5rem;"><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Process Improvement:</strong> Look for simple ways to improve warehouse processes, storage areas, and access to materials.</p></li><li style="margin-top:0.5rem;"><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Hands-on Work:</strong> Take an active role in daily warehouse tasks, including unloading deliveries, packing parts and equipment, and setting up storage areas.</p></li><li style="margin-top:0.5rem;"><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Inventory Management:</strong> Make sure the physical stock matches the system. Carry out regular stock checks and report or solve shortages.</p></li><li style="margin-top:0.5rem;"><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;"><strong style="font-weight:600;">Safe Handling:</strong> Store and handle all components correctly. Follow basic ESD protection rules when handling electronic parts.</p></li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Qualification in warehouse logistics or a similar field is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping is preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Basic knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes.</li><li>Basic knowledge of safe loading and securing goods.</li><li>Forklift experience is an advantage.</li><li>Practical and proactive approach to work.</li><li>Willingness to take responsibility.</li><li>Accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift and move materials and equipment.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Physically able to perform the job safely.</li></ul>
