About this role
Job Summary Lead and manage worker welfare across Qiddiya's operational environment, ensuring safe, healthy, dignified and compliant living and working conditions for employees, contractors and service providers operating within Qiddiya-controlled assets, venues, precincts, events and public realm environments. Own the development, implementation and assurance of city-wide worker welfare standards, management systems and improvement programmes covering accommodation, transport, catering and food services, hygiene, recreation, wellbeing and workforce support services. Provide operational oversight of welfare performance across multiple assets and service providers, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, client and Qiddiya requirements.
