About this role
The Senior Manager, VCP & Screening Operations leads QIC’s specialist screening and enhanced-security capability across vehicle access control points, pedestrian screening locations, event venues (applicable to public realm), asset openings and heightened security operations. The role is accountable for the design input, readiness, mobilisation, performance and assurance of vehicle scanning, baggage X-ray, walk-through and hand-held metal detection, personal search, vehicle inspection, restricted-item control and secondary-screening arrangements. The role holder ensures that scanning and screening operations are risk-based, regulatorily compliant, operationally efficient and aligned with QIC’s guest experience, workforce access and city security objectives.
