About this role
The Senior Director - Precinct Development will be accountable for the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. Acting as the precinct owner on behalf of the client, the role will lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.
